Simple Living -Clever Yoga. Our History Clever Yoga was founded in Tampa, Florida in 2014 by passionate yogi Ellie Teng. Ellie discovered yoga and all its profound benefits for the mind and body after training as a marathon runner began to take its toll on her joints. She instantly fell in love, and yoga has become her passion in life and has healed her body. She founded Clever Yoga around the principles of loving kindness, supreme customer care, and her strong belief in the vast benefits of yoga.
