Eating healthy doesn’t have to be an event. A healthy diet doesn’t necessarily require you to make a large fancy salad with every meal, shop exclusively at organic grocery stores, or take time out of every day to make a five-course meal complete with quinoa, tofu, and kale. While salads, organic foods, and healthy staples such as quinoa and kale are indeed great for your health, there are far more creative ways to eat healthy without having to take too much time out of your day to do so. In fact, as long as you’re practicing conscious eating, you can eat healthy all day long even when on the go.

2. Eat sprouted grain bread instead of white or wheat bread

If you insist on eating bread at all, toss out your highly-refined white and wheat breads and start consuming sprouted grain bread. Sprouted grain bread is made from whole grains that have been allowed to sprout, or germinate. This type of bread is less processed, easier to digest, and is generally more nutritious than wheat bread.
