Hey guys, welcome to pregnancy and postpartum TV. Today we are doing a super fun kids workout with stuffed animals. Are you guys super excited? I’ve got Grayson and Vivian here with me and we’re going to show you our favorite stuffed animals and their exercise. Move this a series of kids’ workouts that I’m doing. Always make sure that you’ve listened to your body, only do what’s safe for you and stop or modify if you need to and we will get started. All right, we are going to start with our favorite right
stuffed animal dog. Grayson, do you want to grab it? Yes. And what do dogs do? They pee on trees. So we’re going to get down on all fours and we’re going to do work at Luke called fire hydrant pose. And we’re going to pretend to be a dog and we’re going to Fiona tree. Great job you guys. And we’ll just go back and forth and we’ll do a couple more here. You guys are looking great. All right, and the next one is unicorn. Vivian, do you want to grab our unicorn? Perfect. So unicorns love to eat grass, so we’re going to get down on the ground like we’re a unicorn and we’re going to do some all forced pushup and pretend that we’re eating grass like a unicorn. You duffle, you guys, great job. He wanted to do a full pushup. You absolutely can if you feel that safe. All right, we’ll do one more here. Good job. And the next one is that we’re going to do is a dinosaur. So Grayson’s going to grab our stuffy dinosaur. It’s a T Rex, so at T-Rex, tiny little arms, but they take big lunch walk. So we’ll come to our back of our mat and we’re going to do a big lunch walk. You can roar and we’ll take another one and then we’ll turn around and walk the other way.
Oh, you guys are scary. Dinosaurs.
excellent. We’ll do one more. And the next one is Duran, which is my favorite animal. And so Vivian, do you want to show our giraffe? This guy is super cute and we’re going to pretend that we have a long neck and we’re going to get down. We’re going to pick up a leaf from the ground and then we’re going to hop up and we’re going to eat a leaf from a high tree and we’ll keep on doing that from the ground. And if you don’t want to jump, you can just reach up high and with our long neck, grabbing a leaf from the ground and jumping. Good job. And they’ll jump up high one floor. Awesome. The next stuffy is sky from puff patrol and with sky we know that she fly. So we are going to fly like sky. So we’re going to turn this way and we’re going to do a warrior three position and we’re going to fly like sky beautiful and we’ll turn the other way and turn the other way and lie like sky. Beautiful you guys. If you fall out, it’s okay. Just try again and we’ll do one more. Awesome. All right, so the next Stephie is peek at you. So Pikachu is going to do an electric jump and so let’s show them what that looks like. Let’s crouch down and we’re going to do a star jump and
Awesome. We’ll do that again. Crouch down and again
and we’ll do one more. Awesome. The next Duffy is a turtle. And this turtle though, we’re going to pretend we’re going to be a turtle on our back and be a down on the ground and we can get down on our back. And what would a turtle do if they were stuck on their back? They’d probably do this. So we’re going to do a dead bug and we’re going to switch touching our knee on our hands.
Alternatively, you can also just do toe taps where you keep your arms down and you tuck your toes down if you feel that stay for your core, keeping your tummy nice and tight, pulling your belly button into your spine.
and we’ll do a couple more here. We’ll roll over on her side and we can safely come up. And the next stuffy is an octopus. Maybe it’s going to show the octopus. And so we’re going to get nice and low into a Sumo squat and we’re going to pretend that we have eight arms like this and we’re going to walk back and forth. Oh, you guys look great. Nice and low. Look at those arms flying everywhere and you more. Awesome. Great job. All right, the next Stephie is Elsa from frozen too, and Elsa runs from the dam where the water breaks and she has to save errands out. So we’re going to pretend we’re going to get on our horse and we are going to run towards Erindale and then we’re going to get into warrior
two position. Our front leg is bent, our back leg is straight and we’re going to stop the water. Beautiful. And we’re going to ride again pretending we’re on our horse and we’ll get into warrior two
on the other side and stop the water.
Beautiful. And let’s ride on the other side. Get into warrior two.
Stop the water. Beautiful. And again, one more time riding and getting into warrior two, dropping the water. Beautiful. All right. The next one is our bunnies and we know that bunnies liked to hop and so we are going to come to our back of our man. I’m going to get you to put your bunny ears up and we are going to help like a bunny.

Excellent. All right. The next stuffed animal is our lion and we’re going to pretend that this is a mountain lion and this lion is climbing up the side of a mountain and it’s ferocious. Are you ready?
All right. Excellent job. Okay. The next step is are the monkeys and the gorilla and these guys, we are going to walk like a gorilla, so we’ll come down. We’re going to make a fist if you want or you can just go on your hands, put them on the ground, keep your legs as straight as possible and we’re going to walk like a gorilla. It’s okay if your legs are bent or if you go on your hands if that’s easier. Oh, you’re looking great.
alright. And the next one is an owl and we know that owl will live in trees. So we are going to do tree pose so you can either put your foot down on the ground or up on your leg and we will be a tree that the owl can live in. If you followed, it’s okay. You can just put your toe down on the ground and try again. Try and stare at one spot and we’re going to switch to the other side. All right. The next stuffy is a pet shop dog and a pet shop dog sits really, really cute. So we’re going to squat down like a very cute dog in here and then we’re going to press into it.
Downward dog. So walking your hands forward, walking your feet back and pressing for a stretch in downward dog. We’ll take a couple of breaths here.
and then walking your feet forward, right.
Walking your hands back and sitting up like a really cute Douggie and again, moving into another downward dog stretch. Beautiful. You guys.
and we’ll walk our hands in, walk our feet in and come and sit like a cute doggy. One more time. And then we’re going to move into our very last pose
is a flock pose, right? Do you guys want to grab your Sloss and show them? So we’re going to stretch it out like slots. And so we’ll take our feet wide apart
and we are going to take one hand and we’re going to hang from a tree and we’re going to move very slowly and we’re going to move into a side stretch here, stretching at this side. Beautiful. And then we’ll fold forward bringing her head down, stretching between our legs, moving to the other side. And as we come to the other side, we’re going to bring this hand up and grab the tree and hang from this side and stretch over here on this side. Beautiful. Now we’re going to take our hand from the ground, grab onto a tree as if we’re grabbing a tree above us. Come on up. We’ll bring our feet together and we’re going to move into a quad stretch so you can grab your ankle and still hanging onto the tree like a slaw. Beautiful, and we’ll switch sides. We can let her, but go very slowly. Grabbing the tree branches the other hand and stretching out our quad on the other side and bring it down.
